People are often aware to get into the real estate business because of the lack of knowledge. As living in one of the picturesque Toronto houses I treat my home as a good investment which I suppose also will be in 10 years time. What is more important I think to get more information on the mortgage schemes, I think this is the most burning issue for all of us.
