Self-defense is one of the most important things that every individual can learn. Not everyone is knowledgeable in this respect, though, but I do believe that it is never too late to learn – even if you’re talking about the basics only. Self defense is not solely for self defense, but more for the healthiness and fitness to the mind and body,
As for me I would rather take other form of exercise to get fit and healthy but not self defense. I don’t like this exercise because it has the potential to hurt the other fellow.
