  1. I think this article is very timely and here’s why:

A study conducted at the University of Michigan has found that belly fat or visceral fat boost inflammation. Consequently, this type of fat has been linked to arteriosclerosis or hardening of the arteries, which increases the risk of a heart attack.

For those who unfortunately have excessive fat in this area, it is important that you decrease your carbohydrate and sugar intake immediately and begin doing cardio exercise(s) (jog, swim, aerobics, etc.) 3-4 times per week after checking with your physician. Doing these things in addition to different types of abs exercises will expedite your fat reduction in this area.

L.A. Online Fitness has a fitness programs packed with abs exercises and offers eight inexpensive personal training sessions per month for just $25 per month.

  2. I have been using a product called MONA VIE for over a year now and have loved the results. I feel better, I have more energy and my health has improved after drinking mona vie. I have lost 33 lbs. in 13 months without having to starve myself, but I do exercise 3 times a week for 30 minutes each.

Mona Vie does not cure cancer or improve your sex life, but my blood work at the Doctor’s has never been better and I follow up with my Doctor every 3 months to make sure my health is in check.

  3. I heard that you can use an exercise vest. I’ve always been skeptical about it, but from what I understand, it works on the principle of resistance. So as you go through your everday, you get a workout, and it supposed to work out your stomach too. http://www.hyperwear.com
If anyone has used this before, let me know if it helped to lose your belly fat.

  4. Donald,
My son just bought this exercise vest from http://www.hyperwear.com about 3 months ago. He’s lost about 15 lbs so far just by wearing it throughout the day. Let me know if you try it out and how it works. Bryan (my son) says he has lost a little fat around the belly area. So it must be working.

  5. Stomach exercises are a great way to tone the stomach and firm abdominal muscles. Keep in mind that if your goal is to lose weight then you will want to adopt a weight training program which works all muscle groups, not just the stomach region because this will stimulate the muscle growth, increase your metabolism, and burn more calories, which is your main goal!
