		<description>I have found that exercising in the morning before my shower works best for me.  I am well rested from a good night’s sleep, and the energy that a small workout gives me fuels my body for a productive day. 		<description>The article and the reviews are all very useful and seem educated enough on the subject. But the biggest problem with a lot of people is they are &#039;busy&#039; always and have no time to exercise. I am not saying wearing a vest is not good but it obviously cannot give one an &#039;exercise&#039;.
