Weight loss is something that many people obsess over. It is not a surprise since anywhere you look, you’d see society promoting being thin as the way to go. From print ads to TV commercials, you’ll find the idea of being slim as the “in” thing. And if you are not slim, then you are not as attractive. Yet how true is this? Who is to say that we should all be slim? Weighing the Facts is a blog which looks at the other side of the story. It is a good place to find a balanced view in this world of eating disorders.

Every people (especially a woman) really hope the beautiful body. Slim, sexy, etc. If they get a bit over weight, they confuse how to decrease it. And they think the best solution is diet.
You are attractive if you feel good about yourself. Healthy habits, diet and exercise all contribute to your overall attitude.
If one wants their brain to work sharp and quick, physical exercises are one of the easiest and best way to keep it fit. There is a need to go for gym apart from taking proper controlled diet to reduce weight. If body is light then brain also becomes light to think, analyze and retain every thing.
Try the CardioStrides, they’re shoes with weights on them so even a casual walk becomes a workout.
