Kathy Smith Real Estate Blog

The real estate market has been experiencing a slump – we all know that. However, that does not mean that you cannot engage in real estate activities at the moment. Who else who know that better than a real estate expert?

Kathy Smith specializes in real estate in the Lake Murray and Columbia, South Carolina area. Her blog offers all sorts of advice with regard to her specialization. Actually, I expected to see posts which are basically plugs for property but there are a lot of useful tips in the blog which are not mere advertisements. Of course, the plugs are there, in the right column to be exact. The blog content, though, will be useful even for those who are not exactly wanting to buy a house.

  1. I agree with Kathy. There are still homes being sold and people needing the expertise of a real estate agent. If there is one silver lining to the slow down is that it is thining out the number of real estate agents. The part timers and low performers are leaving the industry leaving the professional top producing agents. This is a good thing for consumers since they are more likely to get a seasoned professional.

  3. i also agree as the recession effect made the real estate very slow. even if we go to the report of some research companies then we will find that the recession made a very very big loss to Real estate.but as th situation is under control so we can see that within last few months the Real Estate sector has started to recover specially related to fractional properties

  4. There are many programs still available also, and it makes the process so much easier when dealing with a seasoned agent.
