Correct me if I am wrong, but health concerns are perhaps at the top of the list of New Year’s resolutions all over the world. For some, health may not be a major concern (they’re probably healthy people anyway), but there are a lot of people who promise to pay more attention to their physical fitness in 2010.

  1. My suggestion for weight loss is exercise early in the morning. Eat fresh fruits and try to leave oily foods. And even eat raw vegetables. Mostly focus on exercise than food………

  2. I think you right noemi. Health concerns is very important & critical factor now a days. Some people does not pay attention to thier health but not all. Each year, in the world, hundreds of thousands of People are interested in rapidly losing weight. Although it is possible to lose weight, at least a little bit of it, in a relatively quick period of time, you should know that there are dangers associated with doing so.
