Wonderful tips. Thanks to Dr Kal to help me for this. Actually I am on my diet from last three months but didn’t get any result so I am so much worried about that.
It’s so good to see a blog that focuses on nutrition and fitness. I know I struggled with my weight for a long time and the main reason was because I didn’t understand what eating ‘healthy’ meant. I figured high sugar cereals in the morning were okay, large sandwiches and chips were good for lunch, and that a plate of pasta was fine for dinner. I took me a long time to educate myself on how to lose weight effectively. I look forward to seeing more within this blog.
There are some great tips in here, its good to see some educated people teaching about health. It seems like now everybody has something to say, yet no one makes an effort to do something… thank you for stepping up and making this blog..
Very interesting tips. Nice one! I suggest that you can shared tips also on how to fight skin illnesses like nail fungus treatment, herpes treatment and so much more! Thank you!
Nice info provided by the author. Dietary control and exercise are my recommended weight control tips.
Please keep on writing the stuff like this.
Agreed – keeping the weight off is more important than shedding it. I used to be a “yo-yo” dieter in my teens. Yuck! Up-down, eat-don’t eat. It drove my family crazy. I went to bed hungry when I was dieting. And it truly unnecessary. When I focused on health – like Dr. Kal’s weightloss tips – my weight went in the right direction (and I began feeling great).
