  1. It is a life style change for most to be at their ideal weight. I have to work at maintaining my weight by getting exercise and not pigging out on junk food. The weekend is by far the hardest with gatherings with friends and family, I tend to eat a less wholesome meal and intake more alcohol than I would typically on a work night. I try to make up for that during the week eating balanced meals at home, getting lots of rest and exercising.
