Everyone has to have something that he or she is absolutely passionate about. This is perhaps something innate in human beings. We need an outlet that helps keep us sane. For some people it is music. For others like Jeanine Lowry, it’s horsemanship.
There is no doubt about it – horses are some of the most beautiful creatures on earth. It is not surprising that people go gaga over them. In the JL Horsemanship Blog, you can satisfy your appetite for all things horses. Jeanine writes about a wide variety of things related to horses and horsemanship: medication, treatments, and other products. She shares her passion and expertise through text and video. More than horses, though, the blog offers information on other animals including cattle, goats, and sheep.

There are pet lovers, and there are dog lovers. They say that once you own a dog, your life changes forever. While dogs are not for everyone, those who have dogs as pets will tell you that there is nothing to compare to it.
Owning a dog does have its disadvantages every now and then, though. When you travel, for example, you probably will have a more difficult time than those people who go pet-less. Still, there are tools which can help make the travel experience better – both for you and your dog.
Check out Canine Crate Store, which showcases a host of crates and travel friendly tools for you and your best friend. They feature all sorts of products from which you can choose from. They even provide tips that will help you crate train your dog. Definitely a useful resource.

I love dogs – we had tons of them in the house while I was growing up. I haven’t had a dog of my own since I left home for the university, though. Maybe I have misplaced my love for them BUT I am pretty sure it’s just around here somewhere. I’ll probably find it when I get a “real” house of my own and not a condo.
Anyhow, I was reminded of my childhood and the passion I had for dogs when I came across the blog DogsRpeople2. This is a very special blog about rescue dogs and those who want to learn more about them. More than stories about the blogger’s dogs, there are also tons of resources for those who want to know more. A very valuable resource, I should say.

Sometimes, when I surf the web, all I want to do is enjoy looking at photos. Don’t get me wrong – I love reading, I love getting my hands on all sorts of information. Yet there are times when my brain needs some relief and I want my eyes to do all the “work.” These are the times when I find myself thanking bloggers who focus on photo blogs.
We received a submission from a blog called Photography By Cristy recently and when I paid it a visit, I was not disappointed. Cristy’s photos are mainly of nature – landscapes, animals, and plants. It is fairly new, so I look forward to more additions in the near future.

Sometimes, when I want to relax, I would rather watch movies and videos that will not require much mental effort. One of my favorites is to watch videos showing dogs and their quirky tricks. That is why I thought to feature Funny Dogs Videos – you will certainly find a lot of videos showcasing dogs. Not only are the videos entertaining, some of them actually offer practical tips and advice for the dog lover. Some of the posts are accompanied by text, giving detailed tips for dog owners. I suggest watching some of those videos this weekend…
