Mental health is one topic that many people feel uncomfortable with. Perhaps it is due to some social expectations or maybe it is simple due to what is deemed the norm. No matter what the reason for this subject being considered taboo by some, we cannot deny the fact that there are some mental health issues that we have to face. Bipolar disorder is perhaps one of the most common issues that we are familiar – on the surface. If you want to learn more about this condition, Bipolar Male is a good place to start. It gives you an insight on what life is like from the perspective of an individual who has bipolar disorder. A word of caution - some posts are quite explicit.

There’s nothing like a long and nice massage after a hideous day at work to relax you. Or even if you have been spending all day in a leisurely activity like shopping, a massage at the end of the day is like icing on the cake. I don’t know about you – but I simply adore massages! On the other side of the coin are the people who are behind those wonderful massages. For people who are in this business, Touch of Aloha is a good blog to visit for tips and tricks of the trade. I think that even if you have no intention of opening a massage place, it’s still interesting to find out what happens behind the scenes.

Illnesses are part of life. Though we may try our best to keep ourselves healthy and illness-free, there are some common sicknesses that seem to find their way into our lives. Some people have naturally strong immune systems and stay illness-free for most of their lives but for those who don’t, the options are visiting the doctor or trying homemade cures. I think that homemade cures can be just as effective as going to the doctor – at least for those common and non-serious illnesses. That is why I thought to feature Homemade Remedies, a blog which presents remedies for a wide variety of common illnesses. Practical cures for practical people – a very useful blog!

Burritos, Enchiladas, and Pizza.
Sound yummy and sinful? What if I tell you that they’re actually healthy after all?
Cedarlane Natural Foods has its own network and fanbase for people who just looooove those healthy Enchiladas.
Made of all-organic ingredients, if you are too busy to grab a handful of beans to bake yourself, and if you’re tired of your bland 15-minute boiled vegetables and daily dose of fried sin, I mean, fried chicken, then amble over to Cedarlane Natural Foods’ Cedarlaneoholics blog, and see for yourself whether there may well be a better alternative to your old, bland, food lifestyle.
