These days, there seems to be more diseases than we can count. From physical to mental and emotional disorders, people seem to be getting more and more of them. Perhaps it is due to the changing environment we live in. Perhaps it is due to other reasons. Yet no matter what the reason may be, the fact remains that we need to find solutions to these problems.

Natural Cures is a blog that offers an alternative perspective to various diseases and disorders that exist today. From cancer to depression, this blog showcases cures that may be found in nature. While I understand that not everyone is “into” this thing, some of you might find what you are looking for. The blog is relatively new, so do not expect tons of content yet. I am hoping that there will be more in the future, though.

Have you been paying attention to your health lately?  I am sure that you have been bombarded enough by the media about being healthy but sometimes it takes more than advertisements, article, and TV programs to get you started.  This month, one of my colleagues had a run in with gout and arthritis.  We are of the same age and we basically have the same lifestyle and naturally, this prompted me to re-examine my own health situation.

Name the people that you know who are addicted to fast food – yourself included.  The chances are that you will need more than your 10 fingers to name them all!  The truth is that we have become a generation of people who tend to rely on fast food for a lot of our meals.  Though we know in the back of our minds that this cannot be good for us, our lifestyles can’t help but make us gravitate toward fast food, right?

Family health is something that we should all be concerned about and when I say family I mean all aspects.  This covers everything from relationships between family members  (husband and wife not excluded) to each member’s physical well being.  The Rickert Family is a blog which focuses on this very topic.  The blog has a lot of informative posts on men’s health, women’s health, health coverage, and marriage.  I just find it a little bit off in the sense that there is almost no personal touch in the blog posts, given the domain name and blog name.  Oh well, there is useful info to be found here.

Going natural is the trend these days.  I am sure that you have heard the words organic and natural more times than you could count.  Some think that other people are going overboard with this kind of thinking but I say that it is up to you to decide how far you’ll go.  There are definitely benefits to going natural and I like how the Only Natural Blog presents these.  In this blog, you can find a host of information on remedies and cures for common illnesses and conditions.  Though there is already a lot that you can gain from the blog, I think that there is still a lot more than can be featured in the following months.
