The Devil’s Advocate is one of the best movies I have ever seen. Even though I saw it many many years ago, certain scenes are stuck to my mind like super glue. Anyhow, this blog is NOT about that movie, but it does talk about tons of other movies.

The idea behind The Devil’s Advocates Movie Review Blog is to provide contrasting views on the hottest and latest movies. The blog has several critics, all of who offer their opinions on the movies they feature. For every movie they review, they offer a “regular” review and the Devil’s Advocate review. Who likes scary movies and videos? I don’t, but I know a lot of people who do. My husband actually spends considerable time looking for the newest in scary movies, and he spends a lot of time enjoying them as well. Unfortunately for me, I have to endure the sounds emanating from the TV – I go to the next room and try to drown out the sounds with music.

Anyhow, if you are a fan of all things scary, you will love Scary Videos, which features a nice collection of horror clips. It is like YouTube, I think, but with the emphasis on the things that will scare the crap out of you. Not my cup of tea, but for those who are into these things, this might be what you have been looking for all along.

Did you know that more people are spending their time playing video games these days? One reason that I can think of is that it is way cheaper to stay at home or a friend’s home and play video games as a form of group entertainment rather than to go out and drink in a bar or maybe watch a movie in the theater.

Perhaps this is one reason blogs on video games re becoming more and more popular. I personally like visiting these blogs to see what other people have to say about certain video games before buying them. Apocalypso’s Atomic Arcade is one blog that provides lots of info on all things video games. By the way, there are also posts on other topics so don’t be surprised to see an “off” post every now and then.

What is your favorite past time?  I am sure that among those items on your list, watching movies is included.  Though different people have a wide variety of activities they like to engage in in their free time, watching movies is usually a common denominator.  And if you like watching movies a lot, there are so many other things in relation to movies that you can do to whet your appetite.

A lot of people watch movies because it is their way of relaxing and forgetting about the mundane things in life.  That is why I do not really get why so many people like watching horror movies!  My husband is crazy about them but I just cannot find myself enjoying the night watching a scary film.  Then again, that is just me.

While I was browsing through the submission e-mails, this blog caught my eye – Watch Movies Online.  Normally, I prefer to feature blogs that have more content but this one is really good.  The blog focuses on scary movies – vampires and similar creatures.  It provides info on  these kinds of movies and where to watch them online.  The overall effect of the blog chilled me to the bones, seriously.  If you like watching scary movies, then this blog should be on your list.
