Parenting has been dubbed the best job in the world by countless people – and they are probably right! Any parent would tell you that despite all the hardships and issues that one faces when raising a kid, everything is so worth it. While there is no handbook to tell a parent exactly what to do at a given time, you can pick up insights and tips and tricks from those who have been there, done that.
Raising Rockstar is one parenting blog that I highly recommend. It is written by a Mom raising her Rockstar in Hong Kong. It’s not your usual parenting blog. I like how, in some posts, it presents relevant (current) issues to her baby, who would probably be so proud to read this blog when he grows up. Bottom line: parents will love this blog.

What is the good life? The answer will depend on who you are asking. Some might paint you a picture of lounging at the beach with pina coladas, while others might talk about sailing the high seas.
For this mother of three girls, the good life is exactly what she is living. Living the Good Life is the blog of a stay at home mom in Melbourne, Australia; and in it, she chronicles her journey, together with her daughters.
This blog is an excellent resource for mothers – new and seasoned alike – as the blogger shares authentic experiences. Call it vicarious learning, if you will, but you will certainly pick up a lot of useful tips. From arts and crafts to recipes – you’ll find it here. Oh, and the photos of the girls are just adorable!

Being a parent today is not the easiest thing in the world. Come to think of it, was being a parent ever easy? You have to admit, though, that in spite of the modern time that we live in, parenthood has not really become easier. In fact, it might have become even more complicated!
And that’s what the blog A Southern Woman’s Guide is all about. It chronicles the day to day life of a young stay at home mom. She is besotted with her 9-month-old son, but at the same time tries to juggle other responsibilities like getting her degree online. You may think it’s all about parenthood, but this blog has so much more in terms of insight. There aren’t too many posts yet, but what I have read so far has left a mark; a positive one.

You might think it’s just another parenting blog, but after reading several posts, you will certainly change your mind! Mommy Spills is the blog of Melanie, and she has a lot of interesting stuff to say. In other words, she spills it!
This blog provides a candid look at parenthood and life in general. You’ll read about naked bodies all around her house (not real, but plastic dolls), living one’s life as if somebody else were blogging about it, and lots more of other insights. Maybe it’s her writing style, maybe it’s her choice of topics; I cannot say for sure what it is, but what I do know is that her blog posts will get you hooked! Looking for a different kind of parenting blog? Visit Mommy Spills – you won’t regret it.
